Colington Harbour is a great community with the best boating access on the Outer Banks. HOA dues include the use of a very nice boat ramp to launch your boat and the wonderful soundfront community beach, playground and restrooms and are a huge plus to this community. For a membership in the club that has tennis and a very nice soundfront pool, the fee is a low $200 per year for a family of four. Rent a slip for your boat at the marina for as little as $600 per year. Deepwater access into the harbor from Albemarle Sound. Great fishing and boating. Sailboats drafting up to 5 feet are no problem getting into and out of the harbor. This is the #1 most affordable neighborhood with boating access on the entire Outer Banks. Why spend a fortune? Better hurry, this one won't last long. Property taxes are for the lot only and have not been assessed yet for the house.
